Martijn Klijnstra leads Bonaire IDC. He’s taught recreational and technical diving for nearly a decade and now runs Instructor Development Courses with a focus on clear instruction, calm coaching, and positive learning.

Martijn teaches at VIP Diving in Bonaire and works closely with candidates to prepare them not just for exams, but for real-life instructor work.
